Project Troutman is an independent creative initiative founded by developers, technologists, and music innovators exploring how artificial intelligence can carry forward the spirit of funk-era experimentation into the digital age. At the center of the project is R063R, a fictional AI persona designed to reflect the evolution of talkbox culture, synth-driven sound, and boundary-pushing performance.

We began with the concept of building the AI.
